By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. RSD Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to update these terms as needed to continue providing the best service to our clients.
2. Service Guarantee
We strive for excellence in every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to your property to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. To help us maintain our schedule and serve everyone effectively, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a nominal fee to cover the reserved time.
4. Access to Property
To ensure we can provide the best service, please make sure our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If you think there might be any issues with access (such as gate codes or key handovers), please let us know in advance. We always aim to work with our clients to avoid any service delays.
5. Liability and Damages
RSD Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to your property, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or fragile items that were not properly secured.
6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
